Title: Resizing over multiple folders
Post by: Anthony on November 12, 2015, 11:11:53 AM
Is it possible to tell Qimage to resize photos contained within multiple folders (and store the newly sized images within their own folder), or do I need to do one folder at a time?

With best wishes - Anthony

If I understand the question, you want to resize a bunch of images from various folders?
That's easy. Just put the images into the queue, move to the next folder and add those... etc etc.
Now regardless what folder they were from, they will all be in a batch.
You would need to perhaps look at the destination location.
If you leave the CONVERT destination blank, each resized image will be placed next to its parent in each original folder.
If you use RESIZE web copy, then you will either select a special destination folder, or if left blank, they will all go into the Qemail subfolder from the folder your are currently in all together.

Hope that helps.

Glad to help..
Many people are unaware of the ability of the CONVERT screen to resize.
See attached.
Top left area of 126, see the white cursor ticking that box?
That opens snap 127.
Change the number in the boxes shown for resolution size.
