G'day all..........

Finally moving Qimage Ultimate from a nearly 20 year old Win7 machine onto a new i7 beastie. My question is.....is it possible for me to export all of my 'saved' files/jobs from the old machine, and import them to the new one?
Or is it as simple as copying all of the *.job *.jp1 *.jpt *.jss files from C:\ProgramData\ddisoftware\Qimage\Save and swinging them over to the same directory on the new Win10 machine?

Any advice gratefully received!! (I know I won't be the first person to have faced this challenge.)

G'day
Open Qimage and click the Utilities menu at the top.
Fourth item from the bottom says, "Migrate Copy Application data"
Click that fellow, and you choose the destination for the migration.
It is so versatile that you can migrate all the files to a Flash drive, directly to the new machine if you are networked.
It even allows you to move the data to a totally different place in the computer and Qimage will ask you you want to use the new location, or as a backup location.
That's what I do; back up the data files on a different hard drive every few weeks.
So you have options, ....
Hope this helps
