I'm getting this message (since upgrading to .150) every time I try to add a file to the queue. I just dropped 500 images into the queue and each image requires me to press Yes or No; there's no way out (that I know). Any advice please? The program isn't usable like this.

Hi Anthony,

I assume you mean QU is asking if you want the image to fit within the printable area or spread over 2 pages.
This is usually because the print size specified is larger than the printable area of the page.

Please give us more detail:
Printer
Paper size
Print size
A Screen shot of your print properties and print preview.

Hi Anthony,
It isn't 150 that is any di8fferent, it is simply as the message stated, you are asking to make a print that is larger than the printable area of your selected paper size.
Please tell us what printer you use. That makes a difference in printable area.
Also tell us what size paper you are using., and last but not least, what size is the print you are asking for?
If you wish, just check the printable area at thee top right, (see snap) You can see that I only am able to print on 5.76 x 3.76 of a 6 x 4 sheet
If you are asking for a larger print than the printable area, you will get a notice that it will need so many sheets of paper  (poster mode) to complete your request.

Simple way, is to select FIT TO PAGE as your print size...(probably want auto crop on)

Hello Fred

The printer is a Kyocera TASKalfa 3050i and the page size is set to A4. Thank you for the suggestion of fit to paper, which has worked. From what you say, the change in behaviour must be coincidental.

With best wishes - Anthony

Not familiar with the printer but they pretty much work the same.
I do not have A4 paper. Terry uses it.
If I tell my driver I have A4, it reports back that I have a printable area of 11.458 x 8.033
If your print request is larger than that, you will get the warning message.

and what size print are you asking for?
Fred
PS mms make my head spin, so I hope Terry will pop in here.

I'm getting 7.933 x 11.356 in top right of the screen, under the listed printer, and then 8.27 x 11.69 in the Print Properties dialog box. I'm actually not adding to the queue in this situation to print, just to resize, and the print size is set to four prints per page. The fit to page has made the problem go away, though.

So you can see that your print size exceeds the printable area allowed.

I cannot come close to your 7.933 x 11.356    I therefore have two questions:

What numbers appear just to the right of the 7.933 x 11.,356?
Look at the attached screen snap, and realizing you have a different printer and the driver screens will not be the same, you still should find somewhere that mimics what I am showing you with regard to output size.
OUTPUT SAME AS PAPER SIZE...
Scaling turned off (No check marks)
No borderless checked.

That is equivalent to 4.3mm (0.167") page margins, a little larger than Epson's 3.0mm (0.118") so it does nt seem unreasonable.
The Kyocera TASKalfa 3050i is a multi funtcion laser printer - A similar Ricoh machine I'm familiar with has 6mm page margins

That appears to be good numbers. So I think you are good to go. Just bear in mind that the printable area shown top right, is the largest normal print size on that size paper.
