Hi
I have lately noticed that if I have lightroom and Qimage opened, new exports from LR do not show up in their folders in Qimage. I have to exit and reload Qimage to see them. I tried refreshing the thumbnails to no avail.

No need to do that.
Click F5, that will do it - standard Windows keyboard shortcut. I use it often.
