Skin for 4k monitor?

I've just got myself a shiny new 4k monitor - 3840x2160 pixels at 163 ppi - and my slightly old version of QU (2014.236) is displaying tiny fonts for all menu/control UI elements. Thumbnail labels are ok, as are hover-over tooltips.
Is this something addressed in a more recent version or planned for the near future? I'd certainly buy an upgrade for that even though other features added since my last sub ran out haven't yet been compelling.
Note that I'm running in Wine under Linux, not native Windows. I don't
think
that makes a difference, but obviously I can understand that the answer might be, "It's fine in Windows and that's where all the development effort goes."
TIA.
Steve.
