If I drag photos from Windows Explorer to the print queue, they no longer appear there. They do, however, show as selected at the bottom of the main window. However, under those circumstances the insert key will not add them. I have to right click on the list and choose "Add to queue". OS is Windows 10 64 bit.

Go to EDIT PREFERENCES. See screen snap
