Title: Splash Screen Says Fouund 4 Printers Post by: russellsnr on October 26, 2020, 03:55:50 PM Hi, When I open QiMage the splash screen shows found 4 printers, I have had printers in the past but all gone now I would like to have a complete fresh start with QImage as I have moved not only house but country now and will buying a new printer, is there a way to make Qimage show as a complete new installation please? Title: Re: Splash Screen Says Fouund 4 Printers Post by: admin on October 26, 2020, 04:50:43 PM Qimage reads the printers installed in Windows "Printers and Scanners". Just drop down "Printer" under the "Printers and Settings" tab in Qimage to see what they are. Windows installs some "printers" by default so some of those generic ones may be listed: ones like "Microsoft XPS Document Writer", "Fax", and so on. I'd leave those alone but if you see printers in the list that you don't want, they would have to be removed via Windows "Printers and Scanners".
