Never had this before been using QI for a while now and I thought I was getting the hang of it. I am assuming its to do with the way its been spooled to the printer
at the moment I have set to send as one page would changing this help? Also it is quiet a large file.
Thanks in advance

Go to "Edit", "Preferences", "Printing Options" and try both EMF and RAW for the spool mode.  See if one works better than the other for you.  Also, it is possible that you have a new driver and it is not compatible with settings from the previous driver that was used when printer settings were saved by Qimage.  To correct this, you must recreate the driver settings from scratch.  Click "Help", 'Reset printer settings" and when you restart Qimage, set the driver settings manually (without recalling a printer setup or job).  Once you recreate the settings, you can save them for future use.  The problems occur when you load an old printer setup or job that has settings based on an old (and now incompatible) driver.

Hi Mike thanks for that I have set to RAW spool mode seems to work better. I did reinstall the printer driver too I am using a epson 9600 on windows 7 there is not a specific driver for win & but the xp one works fine (ish). anyway after reinstalling the driver and setting to raw then chose the required profile for the paper and printed the printer went through it motions but didn't print anything! I know I have used this profile before I get the feeling its a printer driver problem. Is anyone else using this printer with windows 7? maybe they could help me. All was going smoothly until I put a fresh install of windows 7 on this machine(silly me)
anyway will keep playing around and see if I can find what 'I' am doing wrong as this is most likely problem.

Phil,
Just want to point out something in emphasis to what Mike said about switching to RAW.
The Raw or EMF settings are part of the saved printer setup, so if you manually change from EMF to RAW, you should resave that set up.
Even if you reset printer settings and start from scratch with paper type, quality, No Color Adjustment, size etc, also set the Spooler to RAW in Qimage before you save the new Printer setup.
