Hi,

When I load Qimage Ultimate the following message appears on screen "Qimage\SRGB.icm could not be found. Color space for your images will default to SRGB"  I am running the Program under Windows 8.1. Does anyone know what this means? Does it have any impact?

Thanks

There's a file in the C:\Programdata\ddisoftware\Qimage folder called sRGB.icm
Why it isn't there, I don't know... Nevertheless find that file, (do a search if needed) and put a copy in the folder above.

If for some reason you cannot find it, either do a reinstall, or email me wathree.ssz@verizon.net  and I'll send it to you.
It's a very tiny file.

Normally the sRGB profile is always in the C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color folder. This is the Windows repository for all profiles and sRGB is one of the standard ones.

Sounds like you just need to reinstall Qimage Ultimate and that'll take care of the problem.  No need to uninstall first, just re-run the install.

Thanks for the guidance. I went the reinstall route and I no longer get the message when I open the Program.  Grin  Having a forum like this certainly helps when issues/questions need answering!

Hi Buddy,
No thanks needed.
Just enjoy your Qimage Ultimate and post about what you did with  Qimage, and how the shot turned out on the print...  doesn't ALWAYS have to be problem to post!
Nice people on here.
Have fun
