Title: Startup Error
Post by: Charlie-B on April 23, 2017, 02:13:13 PM
Anytime I start Qimage v2017.102 I get an Error Dialog “Unable to load printer driver setting for Artisan 1430(Network)”.  I was having printer trouble a while ago and uninstalled and reinstalled the driver for my Artisan 1430. After the driver reinstall the name of my printer changed from “Artisan 1430(Network)” to “EPSON58D21F (Artisan 1430)”.

How do I clear the nonexistent “Artisan 1430(Network)” printer from the Qimage database?

Note: After clicking OK this error seems to cause no other problems with Qimage until the next time I restart Qimage.

Thank you for the help Charlie

Charlie,
To the best of my knowledge, I believe that Qimage is reading the Printers and Devices folder from Control Panel.
Please make sure the printer installation has been "Removed/Deleted" from Printers and Devices.
When Qimage starts, it reports how many printer drivers it found. It reports this on the opening splash screen.
Does that match what you show in Devices and Printers?

Fred
