As I watch and read the Qimage questions that contain a workflow encompassing 4 other programs, I feel cetain that folks don't know what Qimage does. From being the best upsampler for images to making perfect prints. It has it all in one program.
For example, a girl wanted hair extensions; in a red color?
Her mom sort of wanted a print but reddish hair?
It  took 15 seconds to get the red back to normal in Qimage .
I used SEL COLOR in the image editor and lowered the magenta amplification number. Back to normal.
You can see in screen snap 074 the colors by letter. The Magenta M has an up and a down arrow. Take it from there.

OK Learn to have fun and enjoy Qimage

That's neat Fred.  That's one of the few areas of QU I haven't fooled with too much.  So please explain (in 20 words or less!) the other numbers in that screen and why your magenta change didn't totally mess up the skin tone.

Well, this takes a bit of investigation and judgement. At the top right, is a tiny eye dropper. Click  that guy onto the reddish extensions and it will embolden the LETTER of the color that is most heavily part of that hair.
In this case, the M was in bold. Sometimes, when a blue sky is too light or too dark, you may have to tweak CYAN along with blue.
The rest of the boxes are RGB showing applied red, Yellow,  Green, Cyan, Blue , Magneta,  as applied to the red channel. .. and so on. Maybe I can find the video, but just play by typing in numbers that amplify.

Found a decent video of Sel Color
