Can someone tell me how can I create a camera profile
My camera & lens of choice is a Canon 5DII,& a canon L 24-105 lens
Any help ,will be appreciated.

I assume you mean a colour profile - the lens used is not particularly relevant.
You can do it with Mike's program Profile Prism which comes with an IT8 target. Alternatively if you have or obtain an IT8 target you can send the target image taken with your camera to Mike for profile creation.
I would say that there is a specific technique for photographing an IT8 target for profile purposes, Mike can advise.
You can buy an IT8 target from http://www.targets.coloraid.de/. This is where the Profile Prism ones come from.

Mike,
There already is a camera profile for a Canon 5D Mark II.
It will be used automatically as long as you have the check box checked to use camera profile.
