Taking maximum advantage of Overdrive

Hi Mike,
Maybe a bit OT, but I print various optical targets for measurement and similar purposes. I usually use Red River Ultrapro Gloss 2.0 because it's what I keep around. Question- in developing Overdrive (I use a Pro-100 printer) did you find any particular paper that was capable of more resolution than others? Or, are all glossy papers pretty much the same. I sometimes use a matte paper where reflections are a problem, but those are much worse for resolution.
Also, what determines when Overdrive is greyed out?
Thanks,
Conrad

To be honest, I only noted what you did: that glossy papers can hold more resolution. In fact, generally the "shinier" the surface, the more resolution the paper can hold. I didn't test specific papers.
Overdrive will be unavailable whenever the driver PPI is 1200 or higher.
Regards,
Mike
