B and W pictures first sent to silver efex pro 2 out of lightroom for additional editing including toning. Saved back to lightroom then sent to Qimage for printing. The toning will not print. I get straight B & W images. What's up with that?

What is your workflow?  Specifically, you said:

"Sent to silver efex pro out of Lightroom": How?  You're in LR and what are your steps to send to silver efex pro?
"Saved back to Lightroom": How?  What is your process to get them back into Lightroom?
"Sent to Qimage": How?  Via the Qimage LR plugin?  Via saving from LR and then opening in Qimage?
