Howard,
Assuming the old computer is totally  kaput, and you do not have a backup of the install file,
then go to the link below and request the latest install file.
Then, if the old computer will allow it, Copy the files and folders from C:\Programdata\ddisoftware\qimage to the same location in the new computer.
Unless you have more specifics as to the actual predicament, this should work for you.
