Hi Mike,
I don't know from where you are trying, but I open my Qimage, and click HELP then ABOUT QIMAGE ULTIMATE, and then on the next screen, click UPGRADE NOW.

If you happen to spot the small notice at the top of the main screen that there is a new version waiting, you can click that if you prefer.
You will get the email fromimage in a minute.

Is it giving you the message that an email was sent?  If so, the email was sent and your ISP is blocking it.  We may need a new email address if that's happening.

This is a total GD waste of time.
Every time you do an upgrade there's some some of issue

Not true, I and many many others do not have a problem
unless we do something wrong.

I'm not aware of anyone else having a problem and when you mentioned the issue, I specifically checked the few email bounce messages we received and we didn't get a bounce message for your email.  So I guess the unbelievable part is that there are still ISP's out there that are blocking incoming email without any error messages.  Because the upgrade notices are sent via email, we do need a reliable email address.

On our support page, see the link for changing your email address:

http://www.ddisoftware.com/qimage-u/support.htm

It's an email link so you just have to send us an email (it can be from the NEW email address) stating your old and new email addresses.

Regards,
Mike

You would have to fix your PC so it is able to send an email when you click on an email link on a web page.  If your PC is unable to send emails when you click email links on web pages, you can send me a private message here on the forum if you like.  All I need is the old email address and the new one.

What was the return message: usually those give some sort of reason for the email being returned.  Also, you didn't just create another email account on the same ISP did you?  We already know your ISP has an issue with receiving and sending mail so when I suggested a new email address, I meant one independent of your current service provider: like a gmail address for example.

P.S. I originally assumed the above was just a typo but maybe it's the email address you tried too: there's only one "a" in mchaney@ddisoftware.com.
