I am trying here as a last resort. I sent a couple of emails through the official link to change my registered email address to download the new version, but got no response. And, yes, I included my name, old email and new email. Is there any other way to change it? Thanks. We made the change some time ago but I just discovered the database changes didn't refresh on the server. All should be well now.
