Hello,

I am trying here as a last resort.
I sent a couple of emails through the official link to change my registered email address to download the new version, but got no response.
And, yes, I included my name, old email and new email.
Is there any other way to change it?

Hi Geraldo,

Could you possible give us the date of the email?  
We will try to find it. Can you send the request again, though, to be sure.?

I fixed it and it should be changed now.  We made the change some time ago but I just discovered the database changes didn't refresh on the server.  All should be well now.

I am having the same problem.  I have email my name, old and new email address 4 times.  I have tried to post on this forum without any results.  I need some help

There was one in the queue from Sunday that I just pushed through.  Maybe that was you?
