Today I tried a few times to receive the upgrade login for QU 124 to my email.
But I did not receive them. I already checked the spam folder (as always), nothing there.
Is there an issue with sending this emails?

As a rule, emails are automated when the system receives a request and it can match the email account you used when you purchased QU.
If you didn't get anything, either the email that you are using has changed, or Spam filter which you checked, or your email didn't leave your computer for some reason.
Try again, and let me know.
