Getting ready to upgrade from v2018.107 to v2019.124.

I have some custom print sizes ... will I lose them with new upgrade ?

.... or is there a way to save the custom file ?

The new version will keep those sizes but you can save them if you like.  Just right click in the print sizes and you can save from there.
