Your download failed.  Make sure you entered the proper password (assuming you are using the registered version) and make sure you don't have a firewall program blocking the download.  Also, sometimes when your security level is set too high, Windows won't let you download from password protected sites.  In either case, that message indicates that you didn't get the whole file when you downloaded the install.

It's a strange problem.  I had just downloaded the initial QI-U the day before after purchase.  It downloaded and saved just fine and then installed without a hitch.

I tried to download and save the update three times with the same failure each time.  After reporting the problem here, I decided to try one more time and just select "Run" instead of "Save."  That did the trick.  It downloaded to a temp. folder and installed just fine.  The "Save" option seems to be the problem.

Sounds like an anti virus program was messing with the save.
Just for the heck of it, see if you can disable the antivirus, and get a fresh download and try to save.

Then turn it back on.

Mike, thanks for the updates and you did a good job with the UI corrections for netbooks. All looks good at my end. Smiley
