v2011.122 automatically rebuilds raw thumbs/cache when raw files are changed outside of QU.  Refined raw photos will be rebuilt once with this new version: this is normal.  Some minor UI glitches are also fixed in this version.

Thanks Mike,

Now I see why, when I recovered an image and its filters from an Acronis backup, it never looked like the filter from the backup until I rejuvenated it.
Now it rejuvenates automatically.
