The interface came up for about 45 seconds while I was looking at the quick start guide, then crashed "this program has stopped responding windows is looking for a solution". I rebooted; still a no go. Suggestions please.

QU certainly works with W7-64. terry Title: Re: v2012.210 issues/comments Post by: Fred A on November 27, 2011, 05:08:10 PM Another thing to check is which printer is noted as the default printer.
Go to printers and Devices found in the Start button menu. Make a printer that you are sure the driver is firm (stay off of network printer for the time being) into the Default printer. Then try to open Qimage. Got another question but will post it in appropriate printer section, please look for it and respond...really liking this so far.
