What recommendations do you have for DFS for printing?

Just use it with same settings used before?  Should we explore changes....if so, what would you recommend and how....and what should we look out for?

Thanks....John

I would go with what you had before since that will produce very close to the same amount of sharpening.  DFS was designed to produce very close to the same amount of visual sharpness as USM except without the USM artifacts.  If you did tests and switched between DFS and USM at the same settings, you should simply see the sharpness staying about the same but the USM haloes and pitting artifacts go away when you switch to DFS.  That said, you'll likely be able to push the sharpness a lot higher with DFS than you did previously.  So if you prefer super sharp results, give DFS an extra kick and see how you like it.  DFS can be pushed 5x, 10x or more beyond USM without taking on that "burned" look of USM.
