v2013.103 fixes the by-channel saturation filter in the image editor and includes some minor UI improvements.

Error:
Qimage is unable to write to the folder: C:\ProgramData\Qimage\
Please reinstall Qimage in a folder to which you have write access.

The above isn't shown in C:\ProgramData\Qimage.  However, there is a folder C:\ProgramData\ddisoftware\Qimage though.  Huh?

Is this some bug in v2013.103 where it cannot find the C:\ProgramData\Qimage and maybe leftover location from a prior version?

That is teh correct folder.
Reinstall and make sure it goes there during the install.
