Hi Mike,
I uninstalled the video driver, restarted and it replaced the driver. But no change with the double click etc.
Thanks for your help, the video card is ATI Radeon 5450, not too ancient, perhaps they'll update the driver but not likely to. I'll let you know if I find out anything.
