Mack That's a temp file and the only time I've seen that message is when an anti-malware program is intercepting the file and not allowing it to be saved. Make sure you add an exclusion in your anti-malware program for the QU application folder, normally: \programdata\ddisoftware\Qimage Regards, Mike |
