Oh Yeah! Good one!!

Terrific new Print Size interface.
1) Click on any thumbnail zebra button and select a size.... the size changes in the preview panel sample and any + button will add a print at that size.
Simple... If you wish to close the Print property box, click any zebra button or click anywhere to close the box

2)If you want to inset the image whose thumbnail you have selected, you can click the plus button as before, or you can use the NEW Gray/blue bar on the left edge if the Zebra box.
2a) If you just want one copy at a certain size, pick the size as before and click +.
If you wanted to add 4 copies at 4 different sizes, Click the Gray bar. It turns blue.
Now, any size you click adds that image at the clicked size.
You can have a 5 x 7, a 4 x 6, 2- 2,5 x 3.5 with a tap.

3) Right side; the queue is now as smooth as can be to change sizes of prints already in the queue.
Just click the zebra button for the print you wish to change, The Gray/Blue bar is blue which tells you that any click on a size will instantly change the print size.

To close the Zebra box (really the Print Properties box) simply click on any zebra button, or any blank space on the thumb side of the screen, or Hold Right mouse button down for 2 seconds.
Full flexibility. Any which way you like to work, it works.

Enjoy!

Have had this for the past few releases - maybe I missed something.  Even when I exit and reenter - QU leave my default print size as 12x18. Even after I do a group of 8x10s, I come back in  (with 8.5x11 paper) and it goes into poster mode.  Can I tell it that I want the last print size to be the default - the way it used to work?

NEVER MIND - I FOUND IT!!!

Yes, you are now in control of the initial/default size.  You can choose other sizes and work with them and the initial/saved size won't change unless you tell it to (via the load/save buttons on the print properties dialog).  This allows you to have a "master" size and not be forced to change that if you just want to work with a few wallet size photos for a session.  Much cleaner this way.

New "Getting Started" video will be posted next week which will make the new workflow clearer.

Mike
The new Print Properties box is not quite wide enough on my machine (Windows 7), and also stays 'on top' all the time. I can't use Gadwin for screenshots  of QI, the box disappears when I press 'Print Screen', but thats not a problem .

I'm off to the pub now to celebrate the Gunners magnificent victory  Grin  Grin  Grin, so I'll check tomorrow.

I bet you were worried early on in the game  Shocked
For our friends in the US, the Gunners are the Arsenal Football team who won the FA Cup final at Wembley 3 - 2 against Hull City today.

I have W7-64 and do not have your problem. Also the Print Properties box disappears as soon as you click somewhere else.
Is your monitor set at native resolution? Or maybe your graphics driver needs updating.

Hi Terry

I wasn't worried about Arsenal, we never do anything the easy way!  Cheesy

My screen text size is set at 117%, but I can re-size the other boxes, or they adjust automatically.

Brian,
The higher % on the screen text over 100%, indicates old age creeping in.
