Click on VIEW REBUILD THUMBS.

Shazam! Your thumbs are rebuilt, followed by cache and Quality thumbs being built in the background.

In Edit/ Raw Options, you can reset back to the old way if you prefer.

If you do like that better, you can still use the new Shazam thumbs by manually clicking on Thumbs Cache rebuild drop down menu and click on BUILD RAW THUMBS FAST.
