Problems with borders when recalling job settings

Hello,
As the subject says I am experiencing some problems with borders when recalling job settings. Detailed example below:
Running on a Windows 8 system
(metric units)
91.4cm roll paper (36")
3 images side by side, custom size 280x280mm plus 10mm B+ white border (300x300mm total size incl. borders).
Autocrop=ON
Edges set as "dashed lines" so I can manually cut the paper later.
Everything works, the prints are great and with the desired 10mm border.
Next day I want to print another 3 images with the exact same size, so I recall the job (through the automated job log) and ask to open only the settings (not the images). Everything comes back as it should except the borders that are set to 0.39mm instead of 10mm. If I try to recall the entire job, including the images, it comes OK with the correct 10mm borders on the loaded images, BUT if I try to add new images to the queue it adds with the 0.39mm border instead.
Next I tried to create and load a layout, did everything as I should, used the "template" image on the album, set the size and borders as before and saved the layout. When recalling it (through the "custom size","Layout") it works as it should and the border setting comes with the correct size.
So I managed a workaround, but would be nice to use the recalled job settings as it loads everything with just a click. I am sure you will have a solution for that.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Geraldo,
I have repeated your problem and get 0.39mm as the border size from a recalled job settings that was originally 10mm.
It looks like the 0.39 is close to the 10mm converted to inches! One for Mike to look at.
Assuming you are using a recent version of QU, you could use the Photo Mat feature rather than a border.
However, when recalling, recall the Job and then substitute the old image by dragging the new thumb onto the image in the queue tab list.

Hello Terry,
True, 10mm is 0.39(...) inches. Something must be going wrong during the conversion.
I am using the latest version, will have a look into the photo mat while mike fixes this issue.
Thanks.
