Just installed 2016.110 and I've ran into a problem

basically the image is not printing when sent to the printer.
Every thing looks like its going to print as it should - QI processors the image, the printer status window pops up and then... nothing.

and sometimes at this point QI crashes (well, closes down by it's self) twice closed its self down out of the 4 times I tried printing

I've not really had time to look at it in depth as I'm really busy trying to get some images printed so I've re-installed v2016.102 which is working as it should and also printing from photoshop is also working fine.

ps i'm in the UK and just about to go home for the day so I might not reply until the morning

here are my steps.
1)  I select the printer from the driver selection and make sure the Port  is correct. I printed to my Epson 2000
For you

2) into Interpolation and printing make sure RAW or EMF is picked.

3) Next I went into a driver I have for a CANON ipf 9000

 I do not have this printer but let's see

4)  The Last one screen snap 190 is showing the Print Preview I turned on... and if I say to the print preview, I want a print,  It will send it to the printer.
I have three live printers here, and I can make them all do that
