v2016.116   Aug 21, 2015

Priority: Low

v2016.116 displays paper sizes sorted by size (largest to smallest) in the printer setup dialog.

In this version I'm having problems with PSD files, only shows parts of the images the rest is masked out, the shape of the mask is the same, it doesn't matter how the PSD file is composed, at first I thought that perhaps smart objects or adjustment layers were affecting it but this is not the case, I'm not sure what is making QU do this, for me to be able to print them I need to flatten the image or saving a copy in jpg format, look at the image.

Saved alpha layers or channels can do things like this, even if they are not active. Check in the 'Channels' palette to see if there is anything there. They can get there if you have used 'Select>Save Selection' at any time. Adobe have never released the Psd format as a standard, so things like this do happen from time to time.

Brian,

that was it, what happen is that I used another one that I made before as a template of which I applied some filters that created those alpha channels, I just delete previous art but never checked for alpha channels.

Thank you for your help.
