OK I can't find anything in the latest update about multiple monitors. I have 2 monitors. Can I use both? If so how.

With both connected to your PC, set the Display options in Windows to Extended Desktop. Make sure the screen resolution for each monitor is correct, ie. their native resolution.
You can then drag open programs to the 2nd monitor, or in the case of QU, certain screens can be dragged to the 2nd monitor. Sorry, I cannot remember which ones other than the slide show feature.

I've had reason to want the photo date on a few prints and find the font size seems to be a LOT smaller than I expect in the page editor and on prints.
Would some please check this.

Thanks,

John

Sorry, I'll start again.

Re the Info Stamp,

Would some please check this.

Thanks,

John

Hi John,
Info Stamp in the image editor has a FONT button when the box pops open to ask where you want it.
You can do color, Font, and point size.

See snap
Fred
PS In case others are not used to it, you can only see the INFO STAMP text in the Full Page Editor when you click the HQ button.

Thanks Fred, I've set font size at 10 and the result is so small I have to use a magnifying glass on the print just to see the line of color in the corner. It's unreadably small with magnification. Completely invisible with the naked eye.
I have to increase to 28 bold to replicate what I'd estimate to be 10 point bold.
Would you do a test in the Page Editor please.

John

I've always used the small UI. I changed to large and the font size looked as it should. Changed back to small to find it also behaving correctly.
It has sorted itself out with the UI size back and forth.

This is being embedded in the image. The resolution of the image becomes a factor.
See screen snap for an example.
The green text in both images is 28 point.
You can see that it is larger in teh low resolution image.

I spoke to soon. It reverted back to what I originally described.
I've just duplicated your result Fred.
In future I'll use the eye to judge the correct font size rather than the point size in the settings.
Is this the way the Info Stamp has always worked??

Thanks for your efforts in these forums Fred.
