I think this is a positively great tool. I call it an ODR Tweaker

It actually lets you adjust in tiny  or large segments and it works...

Screen snaps show you results...Snap 159 is showing placement of drawn boxes. Yellow box area is my choice for "weight" or emphasis
Screen snap 161 is the actual camera shot... (camera got fooled)
Screen snap 160 shows the magenta box around the white tail to minimize or prevent the white from blowing out, and the yellow box is over the dark feathers of teh bird to tell Qimage that is my area of preference. Show Maximum detail using that area specimen.
