I saw a friend (Professional Photographer whom you can google) add a glint using a stylus and a pad in Photo Shop...Quite tedious!
I passed it on to Mike, and Viola!

Not only for people eyes, but works even better on Bird shots, (only have to do one eye on a bird), and grumpy mother-in-law photos.

Just practicing and playing...
Here's a screen snap of before and after glinting, plus one that is giving me trouble.
I cannot glint the girl in black at all. Any ideas?
