Hello Mike.
Yes, back
circa January with 115 that's when the troubles began on my Canon Pro-1000. I asked questions on the forum about QIU setup and then spool sizes and behaviour. Checked RAM use.
Finally decided it must be to do with my Windows 10 setup, hence no further questions on the forum.
Later the network connection (wired and wifi) was indentified as being unreliable. I think I've finally fixed that by manually setting the printer port in the printer setup.
A few days ago, possibly with 125, I was printing A4 sheets of 10 business cards and got incomplete pages.
The problem has been frequent enough for me to look upon each printing operation as a "lucky dip".
Printing from my Mac is faultless but, of course, the final product is not to QIU standard.
I now realise that the problem you fixed with 126 was 125 only.
I'll test print a high resolution A2 later this evening using 126 and report back.
Regards
Peter
UPDATE: Printed a full A2 via a 1.4GB spool and everything worked perfectly.
The only version that had a problem was 2017.125: previous versions were fine. I didn't realize you were having a problem. Only time I saw you mention anything was when you mentioned that the "overdrive" option produced 4x the spooler data and I pointed out that was to be expected when you double the PPI.
Regards,
Mike
