Hi Mike,

Probably my most anticipated feature. Unfortunately it is not working for me. Check what I get when I try to use it. Both standard Pro-4000 driver and XPS.
Additionally, the "set paper length (trim or fit)" option started returning the same message and it worked flawlessly until this version (used it today before the update). It also happens with the IPF8400.

Tested successfully on the Pro-2000, Pro-4000, normal and XPS drivers, and the iPF8300 here without a problem.  Are there any special circumstances like you are running it under Parallels on a Mac or anything like that?  Can you drop down the media size entry on Qimage's Printers and Settings tab and take a screen shot of the bottom item in that list?  It should say something like "Custom" or "User Defined"... but I need to see what that entry looks like for you.

Thanks,
Mike

This is now fixed in 2019.112.  Thanks for the reports!

I have an Epson 7900 and is a 24" width and upgraded to v112 however when placing 1 image first at 12x16" it comes out at 16x10.68" then a second image at 8x10" but then it shows 10x6.67" its probably me but where?

Sounds like you have the print crop turned off, so it's fitting the whole image into the size you chose and adjusting for the aspect ratio so there is no cropping.  Go to the "Prints" tab and turn on the print cropping button (scissors icon) before adding your prints.  Or... select the ones you already added (by selecting them in the live view) and then click that crop button so Qimage has permission to crop images to the size you chose.

Mike
