I have done a contact sheet with 6 images on it and now I was to save the whole sheet as a jpg so I can email it. I checked the print to file option when I click on the printer icon and it never asked me where to save it. I also did a right click on driver setup properties button which was no help either.

I assume you have the latest version or close, There are two ways to Print to File.
1) Right click on Properties bar and the Print to File box opens. If you like what you see, click OK. Then click the Print icon. It is not the same as a regular print. It asks question as to where you wabnt to save it, what format and if you want white removed.
When you are happy click OK.
The second way is to click the printer drop down menu on the Printers and settings tab that asks; which printer? You will see, Print to File as a choice.
Fred

PS. Open Qimage and click FILE top left and select PRINT TO. It will ask: Print to printer of to FILE

I sorted it out thanks, I had to click the master print icon, at the far right top not the print icon in the print to file setup screen, kinda confusing?

After I OKed the Print to File screen as shown in previous post, I now click on the Print icon.
Then click OK
Now it asks where to put it.
