It sounds like some other installed software might have "hijacked" that DLL and installed an older version. I can make a quick fix but I'd still like to know if you're running Windows 10, 11, etc.

Windows 10 (updated yesterday, could that be the issue?), I re-installed Qimage and installed ssleay32.dll in C:\Windows\System32. Warning screen shows up at start-up, then Qimage runs but I do not know if errors will result.
