Mike

I just updates QImage and it was working fine. Now all of a sudden I cannot get the LR plugin to bring photos into Qimage.
I uninstalled withe Revo Uninstaller deleting all left behind files and when Reinstalling the issue still continues and the UI is the same as before Uninstalling. Is there a setting I might have inadvertently screwed?
Is there a setting or utility to restore to factory or defaults and start over? All I have tried  has not worked

Thanks in advance

Maybe your Lightroom installation got messed up somehow and Qimage (the installer) can't find it.  You could try uninstalling and reinstalling Lightroom and then reinstalling Qimage but before you do all that, there are instructions on how to manually install the LR plugin in the Plugins folder:

(1) In Qimage, select "Utilities" from the top menut and then "Explore Qimage Application Data"
(2) In the File Explorer window that appears, open the "Plugins" subfolder
(3) Next open the "Lightroom" subfolder
(4) Finally, open the QUExport.lrdevplugin subfolder and then open the ReadMe.txt file

In that file you'll find instructions on how to manually install the LR plugin.
