I have sent several emails to Mike from tech support on Qimage home page and no response..

Before I spend any more money on Qimage Ultimate, where is Mike?

My concern is will their be any needed live tech support? Or is it a DIY seach and find.

Is Mike on a top secret project, retired or something else.

Richard,
Mike is alive and well...
I am still laughing!!

As far as I know, he always answers tech support emails, and keeps an eye here too in case our Qimage users cannot solve it.
He popped in here just a couple of days ago to assure everyone that he was working on Ultimate 2013.

Would it help for you to present the problem on the forum?
If it's a Mike only, then I advise that you check the dates and times that you sent email to Mike.
You will find that in your Email Sent folder.

Let me know please!

Richard,

I saw your emails and also saw where you quoted my reply showing you exactly where to go to find information on the latest versions, how to determine if you have the latest unlock code, etc. so I know you got my reply.  It's an automated reply but I monitor all of them as they go out so: you asked for an unlock code and I saw that you got my reply telling you exactly how to handle old unlock codes, lost unlock codes, etc.  Please follow the instructions in that email (the one you quoted in your reply) WRT the unlock code.  I saw you sent a couple more after that with nothing but "need a new unlock code" or something to that effect, and I know you got replies to those too (the same reply which addresses unlock codes): I figured you were just sending that message again because you wanted to get the email reply again, maybe on another computer.  In any case, I've replied more than once so please follow the instructions in the emails you've been getting.

Hi Mike, thanks for the response.

Using Qimage Ultimate on my new win 7 x64 computer, is there a way to increase the size of the text at the top and right side bars?

The images and their file information are a good size.

I am refering to the top bar that starts with "file" and the right side bar that shows the printer information. I would like to increase the font sizes to make it easier for me to read.

Thanks
Richard
