Title: Wish: A button for print a "printer test image"
Post by: GlossyBlacky on June 08, 2014, 06:58:52 AM
Hi,

The "Print Unglog Patterns" function is a very good addition. Especially the choice of colors. Thank you.

Now - new functions create new desires.

Well I was thinking it would be more comfortable if I like "Print Unglog Patterns"
a printer test image could be printed on a button.

I know, of course, so I can insert a test image - unfortunately I have since always looking for it in my folder clutter.

All in one place in a program would be the nicer solution.
My wish is for a button "Select test image and Print" (with the actual printer settings).
The various test images should, could be in its own folder Printer-Test-Images) in the folder "Application Data Location".

It can also be your own creation from Qimage developers.

Maybe also the possibility a print control strip and (21 step-) greyscale strip,
printing on the paper (bottom, left or right, ...).
Similar proof Qualifier RGB.tif - view: http://www.hutchcolor.com/Images_and_targets.html (http://www.hutchcolor.com/Images_and_targets.html)

So everyone could better check the print quality and consistency.
