I am using windows xp and a hp 9180 printer. when I click on a folder to select a particular photo to print the program sometimes tries to print the entire folder, even though I have only selected one file. It has also tried to put from 2 to four copies of the selected photo on the selection view. I only print one copy at a time and have never made any changes to do batches or print multiple copies per page. I used the menu to revert the settings to default levels and it worked. how can I deal with this problem?
