I am having a hard time printing custom sizes with Qimage One. I am trying to print 18 x 12 (or 12 x 18), and have selected that size and entered it in the custom tray. I check my printer settings and they are also set to Qimage custom. But I only get a smaller picture printed within the 18 x 12 page? I am missing something here. Shoudl I enter the custom size under All Sizes or under Filtered Sizes? Any ideas of how to get it to print the full size? thanks in advance. I only have Qimage ONE for PC, so if you are running Q-1 for Mac, I'll yell for Mike or Andrew. In my Q-1, there is no custom size selection, so will have to wait for your reply.
