Debugging Windows 7 and s9000 crash

I am running QImage Studio v2009.267 on Windows 7 rc 1 with a Canon s9000. When printing 13 * 19 inch prints, my computer turns off (like someone just pulled the plug). I'm pretty sure the problem is with the driver - Canon has not release a Windows 7 specific driver yet, so I'm using their Vista driver which seems a bit old by now.
I've tried changing the print spooler format to RAW, running QImage in Vista & XP compatibility modes.
Are there any logging features in QImage which could help me identify any error conditions during the print routine? I understand that Windows 7 is not officially supported, so I'm just trying to see what I might be able to discover myself.
Thanks,
Garrett
