Anyone that calls Qimage, "Our beloved Qimage", is gentleman!!

I have emailed you my stash.
Many of them were made by, "Our beloved Terry", Terry who is multi talented.
Some are marked with a "V" and some with an "H" to denote they were designed for vertical or Horizontal application.
Enjoy!

I've sent mine too, 1n 2 batches, but there'll be quite a few that are duplicated.

Fred & Terry,

Would you be willing to post them somewhere?  The old forum on Yahoo had a file-posting site.

Thanks Terry.  I got them both, but haven't had a chance to play with them yet.

Terry might be out or busy
I'll send you my stash, but Terry might have even more.

Fred
Looks like I'll need your email address. It's not listed on the forum.
You can send me an email to wathree.ssz@verizon.net

I copied all of Terry's cutouts to the "Cutouts" folder and have encountered a few problems.  When I first tried to select a cutout by using the drop-down menu, the new ones weren't showing up.  I clicked on the "Cutout" box to bring up the Previewer and figured out how to get the listed cutouts into the previwere, but all of them were still not showing up.  I did a few other things, like navigating to that folder in the selection window and can see all of the cutouts there.  Then when I went back to the Cutout Previewer I got the following error message (see below).  I removed QImage by using the Add/Remove Programs and reinstalled, but even with only the supplied cutouts I still get that error message when I try to Preview the cutouts.  Any ideas?

I assume that you mean that you clicked the little landscape icon to remove old and create new thumbs of cutouts?
I don't know why you have that error message. I have realised thatwith my batch there may be an odd Qimage filter file (.flt) among them form times when I edited a cutout image but that has never caused me a problem.
Try re-setting Qimage from the Help menu.
Terry.

I had a similar problem late last year.  I was editing the files in c/program files/qimage.  Turns out I should have been editing the files in c/all users/ddisoftware/qimage/cutouts.

Search your computer for folders named "cutouts."  There can be more than one.

I tried resetting all of the Qimage settings, but the error message still appeared.

I put all of the cutouts in the c:/all users/ddisoftware/qimage/cutouts folder (thanks Owen) and the dropdown menu now shows them all.  I still get the error when trying to access the previewer.  It's not a big deal now that I can see and access all of the cutouts.

I can see why Qimage wants to look there for the cutouts in a multi-user system, but is there any way to set the path for cutouts to the /ProgramFiles/Qimage/cutouts folder?  I couldn't find anything in the Preferences that allows path designations.

I think Terry is out for a while, so I'll try to help
I believe that Qimage is hard wired to look in the Cutout sub folder inside the Qimage folder.
This is the one you mentioned in your last post.
My installation shows the working Qimage folder to be in C:\ProgramData\ddisoftware\qimage.
The Cutout folder is \Cutouts below that.

Have a look for that location...

I have the exact same cutout pack as Terry, and I do not get any error message, so perhaps there's something else in that folder?
Can you locate the offending cutout and pull it out perhaps?
