Title: getting multiple prints when I dont want them
Post by: xtranch on June 18, 2009, 09:54:03 PM
I am using windows xp and a hp 9180 printer. when I click on a folder to select a particular photo to print the program sometimes tries to print the entire folder, even though I have only selected one file. It has also tried to put from 2 to four copies of the selected photo on the selection view. I only print one copy at a time and have never made any changes to do batches or print multiple copies per page. I used the menu to revert the settings to default levels and it worked. how can I deal with this problem? ???

The only way you'll get multiple copies is if the "Copies to add" parameter above the thumbnails is greater than 1.  Just make sure you haven't mistakenly entered a 2 or a 4 in that field and you should be fine.
