Title: Metric Standards for Q-Image Post by: kaisterplayer on August 23, 2009, 06:04:00 AM Dear Mike,
just a suggestion or actually a question. Very often I need to print photos to a very specific size. Also often I am told millimeters and centimeters and then I need to start this conversion business....ie. 1cm = 2.54 inches. anyway you can add a feature to add the metric sizes to the various thumpnail sizing options? thanks Title: Re: Metric Standards for Q-Image Post by: BrianPrice on August 23, 2009, 07:25:42 AM Hi

Just one point to add. When you change the units in Qimage, all the pre-set sizes are converted. However, any values in the Custom/Enter a specific size dialogue will remain as the original numbers and not be converted. You would have to enter the specific values for the unit system you are using. Terry. The precision of your conversion as described above has a flaw too :-) met vriendelijke groeten, Ernst Dinkla Try: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Wide_Inkjet_Printers/ Title: Re: Metric Standards for Q-Image Post by: Terry-M on August 24, 2009, 01:16:02 PM Quote The precision of your conversion as described above has a flaw too :-) Well spotted Ernst ;DWe'll leave the USA guys to work it out ;) Terry |
