I would classify myself as strictly amateur class and mediocre in the use of Qimage SE. It has been a struggle for me to rearrange images in a 17 page project without having to redo what Qimage did automatically in placing them on the pages. Is there a better way than using "cut to clipbook" and "paste before/after or "push to next page" to relocate an image? I did not find a way to select more than one image at a time to move.

The project was completed after several hours and much anguish. I vowed to find a better way in the future, even if I have to compose one page at a time.  Grin

I have been a reader of this forum from the beginning and very impressed by Mike, his software, and informed contributers.

Select the image you want to move in the queue, then use the 'Up ' and 'Down' arrow keys to move it up or down the list.

Other than Brian's suggestion, which could be tedious with 17 pages ...

That's not so daft as it sounds. You could set up one page at a time and save each one as a Session. When you are certain that all is good wrt to the layout, Recall each session one at a time and "Append" to the queue as you go. If you are using page numbering in the Full Page Editor, then once the queue is complete with all pages, the numbering can be updated. Save again with all pages as a new session.

Thanks for both of the tips! If I do something similiar again it should be easier. The learning curve for Qimage is not as steep as it once was.  Grin
