First time this has happened in a decade. Please help. My body image, instead of being in the middle, prints out with me to the far right.

Is the print size 17 x 22? What is the paper size? What kind of printer, model and brand? What placement setting; try Optimal Spaced? Using a template? If so, why? Are you using a printer setup from a previous job? Do you have any mats/borders turned on? Let's start someplace!
